Triangulation: A Powerful Healing Technique

I have found Triangulation to be a very powerful method of healing, and in today’s post, I am sharing the method by which this is done.

Like any other healing method, the prerequisite for this method too is a deep sense of awareness of the present moment. If you maintain awareness on your body for a certain duration of time, it normally automatically leads to a feeling of peace, calmness and joy within just a few minutes. Once this feeling of stillness has kicked in, the healing process can begin. Over a period of time, you will notice that as soon as you take up a case for healing, this calm state of stillness will automatically come up.

Steps are as follows:

  1. Place one palm on the part that you desire to heal. Let’s call this as point ‘A’. Now become completely aware of point A, as intensely as you can. Feel the touch of your skin with the other’s body, feel the temperature or pressure at that point. Feel the surface of contact. Feel anything that is happening in your palm as you touch point A. Be aware of this for about 30 seconds to a minute.
  2. Now, intuitively place your other palm on any other point on the body of the person that you are healing. Let’s call this point as Point ‘B’ . Note that there’s no particular way to choose this second point. simply go by what your mind tells you. Become fully aware of this point too, as intensely as you were aware of Point A. feel the touch, sensations, pressure, temperature etc.. with as much awareness as you can maintain.
  3. Now, simultaneously bring your attention to Point A and Point B together as intensely as you can and then simply add a 3rd Dimension let’s call it Point C . Point C is nothing else but the feeling of stillness and bliss that is within you as a result of your own awareness of your body and witnessing the whole process.  Just be aware of A,B, and C together, and hold on to that awareness for 4-5 minutes.

Since the last 6 months, i.e. starting from Jan 2019, I have used this method very frequently for doing healing treatment and it has given me excellent results. When I use this method, usually within a minute, the person I’m healing starts feeling changes happening inside. This are in the form of twitches, shifts, movement, flow, jerks etc.. which I call as healing indicators.

I usually ask people to rate the intensity of their problem/ pain/ discomfort on a 1-10 scale prior to the treatment and then make them rate it after the treatment. In most cases there is a significant change either immediately or in a day’s time.

I have observed that the healing process depends largely on the feeling of stillness and joy that I experience i.e. Point C within myself. For you, getting this feeling simply depends on your level of awareness on your body. I have charged this page with my consciousness of my being and ideally, as you read this, the frequencies would have already made a change within your consciousness too. To check, stop reading for a moment, take your awareness inside to your spine and check if right now, you feel a much deeper sense of calmness, stillness and joy. I’m sure you must be feeling it.

If this method excites you and you want to learn this, drop me a message and I will be glad to help you learn this. Have a great day ahead !!

The right approach in choosing one’s profession : IKIGAI

In my last post, I have written about the importance of having one’s profession in one’s area of interest. However, there are a couple of other factors that also matter, which decide whether you’ll be successful  in that profession over the long term.

The Ikigai, as shown in the Venn diagram above is an area where four circles overlap. The four circles represent the following four factors:

  1. What we love to do
  2. What we are good at
  3. What the world needs
  4. What we can get paid for

As mentioned earlier, the start point is to identify what we love to do. i.e. our areas of interest. We need to find out all those things which we would enjoy doing if we were supposed to do it for a lifetime. Very often there could be multiple areas that meet this criteria.

The next thing that we need to check is whether this is something that the world needs today as well as in the long term. It may not necessarily be something that the entire world needs but may be something that a specific set of people or companies require.

We also need to check if we could get paid for doing this task, and if yes, how much? would it be enough to ensure a good income that can take care of our current and future expenses.

Then finally, we need to check if we have the ability or skill related to that area. We are checking for skill a the end, since it the first three are fulfilled, then developing skill is something that can definitely be done if we are willing to put in the required time, money and effort.

Think about this, would it be of any use if our profession was in our area of interest but if the world didn’t need it or if we couldn’t get paid for it. Would we be happy if we were in a profession that was needed by the world, we got paid for it, but we weren’t interested in it. That would make our professional life boring.

We also need to take into consideration paradigm shifts since often, over a period of time, certain professions simply move out of the circle “Does the world need this” i.e. certain products or services just become redundant over the years.

To see what happens when our choice fulfills three of the criteria but not all four, check out the figure below.

I chose Training in the field of Leadership, Behavioral and Soft Skills, since it fulfilled all the four criteria. I was passionate about Training, The world needs it, I could get paid for it and therefore consciously developed the skill required to deliver training and keep trying to learn something new so that my skill remains updated all the while.

My work in the areas of Healing also fulfills all the 4 criteria. I am passionate about healing, I have developed the skill and have helped more than 450-500 people to heal, People need healing and are willing to pay for it. Although right now, I don’t look at is as a source of earning, who knows ..this could possibly become a significant source of earning some day.

I recommend that you too use the Ikigai model to choose your profession and trust me, you’ll be happy and successful for a lifetime. Have a nice day ahead !!

Choose your profession based on your passion

Choosing one’s profession  is a decision  that can majorly impact not only the financial success and well being of an individual but also the happiness and satisfaction that he/she experiences in life.

I have observed that many people often get their first job based on chance than choice.  In case of most campus placements, boys and girls recruited from their campuses are not aware of their exact job profile. The only thing they know is the organization they are joining. In several cases they don’t even know their location of posting. All those details are disclosed later by the organization. People often end up doing jobs that they never wanted to do.

I know people who ended up spending years in a particular domain, area or profile just because their first job got them into that field and then, time and again, in their subsequent shifts they got pushed into the same field, whether they wanted it or not. Very few are able to shift into their area of interest.

I have observed that when an individual works in a field that he/she is interested in and passionate about, even 12 hours of a stressful work schedule does not create fatigue whereas when one is working in a field that is not their area of interest, just four hours are enough to get them tired.

I recommend everyone to choose his/her profession primarily based on their area of interest. That will ensure that they remain happy, enthusiastic, energetic and engaged on their job every day. Such people eagerly wait for Mondays so as to get back to their exciting workplaces and are not waiting for Weekends to rejuvenate themselves after a dull, boring and stressful week at work.

However, finding one’s area of interest is also a challenge and then building one’s profession around that is another challenge. I have noticed that in many cases people don’t give a thought to the above as a result of which their areas of interests remain simply as hobbies which they indulge in only once in a while, when they have spare time. Their jobs and their interests are in two completely different areas.

Later in life, with multiple roles and responsibilities, and when time is a major constraint, we completely forget about our areas of interest and hobbies for years together, often till our retirement. Most often, by that time it is too late to start.

So ask yourself, is there any way by which I can identify my passion areas and then invest time in finding out how I can build my profession in that area. I consider myself very lucky that I got an opportunity to build my career in the area of Training and Development which was my area of interest. I thoroughly enjoy my work and even after 8 hours of standing and delivering training, I am fully charged and never tired.

I hope the universe helps you too in achieving the same. Good Luck to you !!

In my next post, I will share a very interesting approach using which one should choose his / her profession. It is called the  Ikigai (in Japanese).

Frozen Shoulder healed in 5 minutes

I was traveling to Gujarat for a 2-Day training program, and as usual, I told my participants on day 1 that if any of them had any physical ailments that weren’t getting cured by conventional treatment, I would be glad to help them out with the healing method that I used.

A participant told me that he was suffering from Frozen shoulder and that he wanted me to help him heal that. He put both of his arms out sideways and showed me  how his hands were barely going up to a horizontal level and if he tried to push them up, it was terribly painful.

I told him that I would work on him during the 10 minute tea break and accordingly, after having a cup of tea, I started working on his right shoulder and right hand. I used my palms to sense the energy field around his shoulder and upper arms and soon started getting strong communication signals from his body. I kept listening to the signals and kept working on his shoulder for about 5 minutes.

Then I stopped and asked him to check his hands. when he put his hand out, to his amazement, his hand could go completely up vertically, and that too without any pain, which was something that was impossible for him to do previously. All others who were watching this too were surprised on seeing this miraculous change. I told him that I would work on his other shoulder and hand too in the evening after the day 1 training session was over.

As promised, I worked on his shoulder and hand in the evening for 5 minutes but there was no change in his condition at all. The right hand had become perfect but the left side wasn’t getting cured. I too was wondering why it didn’t work this time. I told him that I’d try again next day in the morning and when I tried it again in the morning, it still didn’t work. I realized that there was something that was blocking the process.

Then I felt that my mind or his mind that was attached to the outcome was probably blocking the process. So I decided to completely drop my attachment to the result and I also decided to treat him when he was not aware that I was working on him.

During a particular topic, I had given participants some group work and they were fully engrossed in building a certain model.  I quietly stood behind this person and without his knowledge, started working on his left shoulder standing a couple of feet away. After doing the treatment for about 5-7 minutes, I tapped on his shoulder and he was startled to see me behind.

I asked him to try lifting his left hand up and to his shock and surprise, he was able to lift it completely to the top of his head. he checked and realized that he was now able to comfortably and painlessly lift both of his hands up above his head.

He later told me that he had undergone several months of physiotherapy for this problem without any results and was very happy that in just 24 hours, his frozen shoulder was completely cured.

The above story is from the year 2016 sometime in November or December. I have another recent experience of healing frozen shoulder in 5 minutes, which I will share in another post.

If this experience excites you, I recommend that you too should consider learning this wonderful method of healing.

Enlightenment : What I was seeking, surprisingly was within me all the while

At the age of about 20 years, I used to read a lot about spiritualism and was a great fan of Osho and other spiritually enlightened masters who had written about achieving oneness with the universal spirit.

Time and again I had read that it is all within us and we need to go nowhere to find god, to find our true essence. It is right within us was what everyone said.  Eckhart Tolle had also written that it is Nowhere else but Now-Here simply in the Here and Now.

Today, 25 years later I have realized that what they said was true. It is indeed right here every moment with us. Just that we are unable to feel it. While I was aware that the key to reach here was simply awareness of the present moment and nothing else, (based on whatever I had read) , what I had not realized was that there was something like a threshold yield point which had to be crossed for the process to begin.

During my engineering studies, I had studied about the voltage threshold of an FET (field effect transistor) after which conduction begins or the yield point where a wire being stretched moves beyond the elastic zone into the plastic deformation zone and permanent change starts occurring. However I did not realize that the same would be applicable for my journey towards finding myself and getting a feel of my soul.

I used to read that when one gets a glimpse of our inner self, i.e. our soul, he/she will experience an amazing level of peace, stillness, silence, security, being unending i.e. starting from nowhere and ending nowhere, unbound joy for no reason at all, tremendous love and oneness with everyone and everything around (be it living or so called non living) , and a feeling of eternal bliss.

Until recently these were things that I had only read about In books and experiences written by masters. However, now I know what each of the above feeling really means after having experienced it myself, not just once as a glimpse but regularly during the time I’m awake, and often when I wake up at night.

Earlier I used to have these feelings very occasionally and these would be very mild compared to what I experience now. Also the feeling would be very short lived and would quickly vanish. At times it would not even last for a few hours. However, now this feeling seems to have come to me to stay with me for a long time.

What I guess had happened earlier was that I had reached close to the threshold yield point but had not crossed it with enough awareness required to get me fixed and steady in it. (Please read about my awakening experience in an earlier post where I have mentioned about having a similar experience of love and joy at the end of a grounding exercise about 25 years ago that was very short lived.) Practically for a few minutes it was there and then it was gone for years.

I kept trying for months and years, but silly me didn’t realize that I just had to go within myself with a deep sense of awareness and only when the threshold yield point was crossed, then it would become a fairly permanent state of being for me.

Over the years I have understood that our mind is so terribly fickle that holding on to present moment awareness even for a few moments is the most difficult thing in life. In fact I guess the mind doesn’t want us to be aware of the Now since, in the Now, a state of pure awareness is created and then the mind has no existence. It simply vanishes. So it wants to keep itself alive by jumping around like a drunken monkey into the past or into the future all the while.

Now I have realized that after crossing the threshold the same task of maintaining awareness has become so simple, so natural and so effortless that I don’t even have to think about it. The mind is simply calm and vanishes when not required, leaving behind an eternal feeling’s of bliss. Even when I’m alone I feel not Alone but ‘All-one’ (one with all) and not lonely. I feel tremendously joyful and that too for no reason. Happy just like that. Seems as if happiness is my true nature and after shaking off the dust gathered on top, this feeling of joy has started getting deeply felt.

To me, it feels as if a very important goal of life has been achieved. A goal to be happy and in eternal joy.

Sat-Chit-Anand (which means eternal bliss) is what my parents wanted my name to be. So at the time of birth, they kept that name and then for ease of use, on the birth certificate and for regular use, my name was shortened to Sachin. Today, As I effortlessly experience bliss, I feel that their goal of seeing me in ‘Sat-Chit-Anand’ is achieved.

Now my objective is to continue further and explore where this leads me to and simultaneously to help people around me, everyone who’s seeking what I was seeking all these years.

Do connect with me if you need any support in your journey towards enlightenment.

Always remember ….What we are desperately seeking, is also desperately seeking us. And moreover, it’s all there within us… Right now, Right here, just waiting eagerly for us to become aware, look within and unite with it.

Have a splendid day ahead !!!

Twisted/Sprained leg that troubled for an year healed in 5 minutes

This is a very interesting experience that I had in 2017. This happens to be one of my early experiences in healing and was instrumental in encouraging me and pushing me deeper into further practice and experimenting.

A yoga teacher who’s known to my father had slipped from a carpet at home an year ago and her leg had got slightly twisted due to the fall and she was unable to walk properly. She also experienced pain in her knee and entire leg.

She had tried various treatments but nothing worked. She was unable to get into several yoga postures due to this and was affecting her ability to do demonstrations during her yoga training sessions. She was unable to walk properly and had pain.

One day, my father casually mentioned to her about the healing treatment that I do, and asked her to give it a try. She agreed and the very next day I went to her home for doing the healing treatment. I too was not sure whether it would work since these were the early days of my own practice and experimentation with these healing methods. However I decided to give it a try.

I made her lie down comfortably, focused my attention to her legs. Then I started using my palms to listen to her right leg keeping my palms about 10-12 inches above her body. I consciously kept moving my hands trying to catch the signals that her leg was sending. In a few minutes she said that she had started feeling strong vibrations in her knee. In a few minutes more she noticed that her knee joint(especially the cap) was actually moving inside as if it was trying to adjust itself into a particular position.

I had focused my entire awareness on her body and was watching what was visible outside as a result of what was happening inside her leg. Within the next few minutes, we were both shocked to see her entire right leg shake, move and turn automatically in one direction by a few degrees and set itself in a proper place.

Instantly her pain reduced and she started feeling better. I asked her to stand up and walk and to her surprise she was able to walk normally without any pain. She said that her legs were feeling very relaxed and light.

While I was delighted with the healing that had taken place almost instantly, I felt sorry for the fact that she had to suffer for almost an year while the solution could have been achieved in just a few minutes had she approached me earlier. Everything has its time and now the time had come, is the only thing that I could comment.

We must change our belief system

Our belief system plays a very important role in the way we perceive our environment and therefore are instrumental in forming our version of reality which  in turn affects our decisions, responses and actions.

Many of us live our entire life with certain beliefs and therefore are never able to experience reality as it is. These beliefs also creates several mental blocks and limitations to our performance in life.

For example when I decided to quit my job and start my own business in consulting, quite a few people advised me against this saying that You better stick to your job. Gujarati, Sindhi Marwadi or Punjabi people are more suited for business. Job is a safer option for you.

Luckily I don’t haven’t that belief, so I took the plunge but all those who live with such beliefs would never even attempt to start their own venture even when an opportunity would come by.

You might be aware that large elephants are tied up with a small chain tied to their legs. They are actually powerful enough to break that chain and gain freedom but they don’t even try. This is because they have been tied that ways since their infancy and so have developed a belief that it is impossible for them to break the chain.

We too, like that elephant have probables developed hundreds of such beliefs over the years and quite possibly we aren’t even aware that these are simply beliefs and not reality.

In our childhood we start believing that we will catch a cold if we get drenched in the rain and then that’s how our reality gets shaped.

A few common life related beliefs that I have seen people have, are :

  1. Everybody cannot get everything in life.
  2. One has to struggle in life
  3. One cannot become successful without putting in too much effort.
  4. It’s not possible to become rich overnight.
  5. Formal education is a must to be successful in life.
  6. My 10th standard marks are bad so my career prospects are finished.
  7. Problems always appear at the last moment
  8. Certain things take long time to heal Etc etc etc..

Trust me, each of this belief becomes a self fulfilling prophecy. Therefore, the sooner we break these beliefs, the better for us. People who believe that effort is required to succeed, often are not able to see the easier or effortless path to success since they are blinded by their wrong belief system. People who believe that they take time to heal will essentially take longer to heal.

Positive beliefs that I would choose to live with are:

  1. I am lucky
  2. Good things happen to be
  3. Miracles do happen
  4. It is possible to become very rich
  5. People are usually helpful
  6. I heal myself quickly
  7. life is smooth and effortless
  8. Every problem has a solution  etc..etc.

I suggest that we must spend time regularly trying to assess our beliefs and check which of these are useful to us and which are counterproductive. We must then replace the bad ones with positive beliefs. This can have a tremendous impact on the way we create our future.

Severe Leg and Back Pain vanished within a day.

I recently had a very interesting experience of healing a lady who was suffering from severe leg and back pain and had almost become restricted to her bed for a couple of months.

One day our housemaid mentioned to my wife that her sister in law was suffering from severe pain in her leg and back was unable to walk. My wife told her that I would help her out but at that time I was continuously traveling for various training assignments for days together, and this slipped off my mind.

In the meanwhile this lady consulted various doctors and underwent treatment without getting any relief. Her condition had become so bad that finally she completely stopped going to work and was restricted to her home. She could barely walk from her bed and had intense pain. Doctors suggested MRI scan, CT scan and various other tests. However, none of these could lead to any diagnosis. She also tried massage therapy and several other treatments without any results and finally was dependent on pain killers daily.

One day, when I was back from a hectic training schedule, my housemaid reminded me of her sister in law and told me that now it was more than 2 months that she was in pain and had not even gone to her office. Since my housemaid herself had experienced the power of this healing method (in 2016, she was the first person I had tried this on) , she requested me to help her sister in law without any further delay.

I went to her place the same day and did a healing session for her leg and back for about 20 Minutes. I used both techniques i.e. Listening to the Body’s energy field using my palms as well as the Heart Energy Healing  for 10 minutes each. Though I was feeling very strong vibrations and signals in my palms,  she was not feeling any change inside  her body nor any relief.  I almost felt that this was not going o work for her. I asked her to wait for 1 day and let me know what happens next morning.

Surprisingly next day she told me that she was able to walk properly and almost 70-80 % pain had disappeared. I realized that the treatment was working and did one more session for about 15 minutes the next day. The very next day she told me that she was perfectly normal and immediately resumed her duties at her workplace.  People at her home were amazed since after suffering so badly for more than 2 months and after trying several treatments, none of which worked, this simple method of healing could get her back on her feet in just 2 consecutive short sessions done over 2 days.

My house maid still believes that I have god’s gift of healing and I keep telling her that this is something that anyone and everyone can easily learn and practice.  If this story excites you about the power of this healing method, what are you waiting for … Learn this immediately and become a healer.

SMART Goals

In my earlier post, I have written about the importance of setting goals. However simply writing goals will not help if goals are not SMART.

Goals that are not smart are more or less like dreams or desires, not goals. Goals essentially need to be SMART for them to get converted into reality.

Let’s try to understand what SMART means along with an example. Years ago, I was conducting a session on goal setting and I casually asked a participant about any of his personal goals. He thought for a while and said that one of his personal goal was to buy a house. After he shared that, he looked at me, and observing the expression on my face, asked me why I wasn’t happy with his response.

Then I told him that his goal was very vaguely defined and that he should make it SMART. Then I went on to explain how he could make it SMART.

SMART stands for

S = Specific

M = Measurable

A = Attainable

R = Relevant

T = Time bound

Then I started helping him to make his goal smart.

I asked him what SPECIFIC type of house he wanted.. Dis he want an Apartment, a Row house, a Bungalow? Was it supposed to be a One Bedroom Apartment, a Two Bedroom apartment or a Studio apartment. If a Bungalow, would it be a single type or a duplex. He told me that he wanted a 2 Bedroom Hall Kitchen apartment.

Then I asked him to make his goal measurable. I asked him what should be the area of his 2BHK flat. Would it be 800 Sq ft, 1000 Sq ft or 1200 Sq ft. He said approx 1000.. Then I asked him which floor (since floor rise affects the rate. How far from the nearest railway station etc. Since that would also affect the price. Basically we were making it measurable.

Then I asked him to check if this goal was Attainable based on his current source of income, ability to get a loan, current cash at hand etc..

I also asked him to check if this goal was relevant to his life considering his job, future plans, suitability for the next 10-20 years etc. (I know one person who put in his entire investment in buying a flat that he has never lived in since his job would get him transferred to different places. In addition, property prices didn’t rise as expected so his investment did not increase in value as compared to what it would be have if it was still invested in mutual funds or shares.)

Finally I asked him to make it time bound. When did he actually want possession of the flat. I asked him to put a Year, Month and date to it.

Finally I asked him to read out his goal statement and check if it was SMART now after all the additions.

As mentioned earlier, goals that are not smart are like dreams.

So, if you haven’t written your goals in this format, it’s never too late to make your goals SMART. Good luck!!

Heart Energy Healing: Severe Neck pain gone in minutes

I have a very interesting experience in healing sever neck pain that I would like to share with you. In December 2016, I was at Delhi for conducting a training workshop for Reliance General Insurance and during our tea break, I told participants about the healing that I do, and asked if anyone had any health issues that I could help them with. One person who had severe neck pain approached me and I started working on him using the Heart Energy Healing method.

I told him to sit comfortably on a chair about 2-3 feet in front of me. After sending him healing energy of love from my heart chakra for about 5 minutes, I asked him to check and he was surprised to find that he was able to move his neck comfortably towards the left and then to his right and the pain had completely vanished.

He then asked me whether I had touched his neck during the process. When I replied in the negative and told him that all the time I was standing a couple of feet away from him, he was shocked and told me that he actually felt a pair of hands grab his neck from behind, pull his entire head up forcefully and set in place the upper bones of his spine, after which the neck had become free and pain had vanished. All the time he was thinking that I was doing it with my hands.

We both realized that there was something else at play here and someone or something beyond me was present there quietly doing whatever was required to heal the problem.

He was delighted to find that the severe pain that he had for several months had vanished with just five minutes of treatment. The healing power of Heart Energy i.e. Love is indeed amazing.
